Amanda Musimire Partner I Advisory, FS Risk, Compliance
Amanda specializes in advising clients on all aspects of the M&A transaction lifecycle from deal strategy to diligence to post-close value creation, Collateral warranties, performance guarantees and bonds, third-party rights, and parent-company guarantees. She has financial advisory experience across the enterprise, compliance, operational, and third-party risk. Her knowledge covers building and evaluating risk management frameworks and the convergence of risk programs. Amanda's current and past clients include Top Tier Financial Services Institutions, Systemically Important Financial Institutions (SIFIs), and Global Systemically Important Banks (G-SIBs).

Wame Pearson | Partner I C Accounting, Forensic & Litigation Support
With more than 15 years of experience, Wame specializes in forensic accounting and litigation support matters. He has experience in conducting highly confidential internal investigations and has assisted both publicly-traded and privately-held contractors on a wide-variety of matters, including presenting findings/observations to court and arbitral institutions. His experiences also include preparing disclosure statements, incurred cost submissions or losses and expenses, and auditing and consulting services for small to mid-sized firms.
Wame is a duly accredited tuition provider for ADIT for Tax professions in Malawi and Uganda and frequently lectures to both professional and industry organizations on litigation and tax advisory topics.
He also serves as a local IBFD correspondent for Malawi and a contributor to IBFD. His effective communication skills provided practical counsel on a wide variety of legal issues, as he advised owners and executives on the efficient resolution of tax claims, implementation of robust transfer pricing tools, and risk management of structured business transactions. Mr. Pearson’s prior legal experience also includes Lead Tax Expert on Taxation of the Digital Economy in Malawi for a well-known, World Bank Funded Project, and Big 4 – Ernest and Young – Malawi as a Tax Consultant.
